We begin by defining the project.
We explore what you want to accomplish: your goals, desired outcomes, and what the project might involve. From there, a proposal is submitted to you, outlining the scope of our work.
Once we agree to work together, the work begins. The process depends on the project. A workshop may move directly into designing the experience. A retreat or broader organizational project may involve data collection through staff conversations, document and process review, observation, surveys, or other methods of understanding how your organization is functioning.
Then we let the data inform where the work goes.
